Refund Policy
Subject to the conditions of our refund policy being met, refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Return of items purchased online:
You can return an item purchased online by sending it to us by mail. Please contact our customer service department for the return address.
Delivery costs:
Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the items are returned in accordance with your legal rights (for example, if they are faulty or do not match the order).
Return period:
Items accompanied by the original receipt must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Item condition:
Items must be in their original condition, as when purchased, with all tags and tickets attached.
